Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Optimo Prompt Ai browser extension (the "Extension"). Your access to and use of the Extension is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Optimo Prompt Ai is a browser extension that provides an AI-assisted prompt optimization service. The Extension enhances user-provided prompts and submits them to third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers using your own API keys.

3. Accounts & Payment

• Free and Premium Tiers: The Extension offers both a freemium tier and a premium tier. Your subscription status is managed by a unique User ID, which is used to sync your account with our backend service to verify access to premium features.
• Third-Party Payment Processor: All payments and subscription management are handled by Paddle.com. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions are set to auto-reset daily at 00:00 UTC unless canceled through the Paddle payment portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Extension to submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, harassing, or spam-like in nature. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any abuse of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. This includes any issues or damages arising from the use of third-party AI models or services you interact with through the Extension.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Extension after those revisions become effective, continued use constitutes acceptance.
